The are ready to go all in this offseason. Matthew Stafford is back, and in what might be the last year of this contending window, there's no time like the present to go all in. They have Tim Duncan Jersey some cap space, and with multiple first-round picks, the Rams should be able to make some major additions this offseason. If there were one position to upgrade, it would be at cornerback. And according to , Rams general manager Les Snead hinted at one po sible trade with the for an All-Pro cornerback. Rams GM hints at a po sible trade with Chiefs for All-Pro CB "Les Snead sounds like a GM ready to be aggre sive to maximize Matthew Stafford's window," Atkins reports. "Open to trading a 1st-rounder for a proven player. Secondary is a big focus - 'Is there an All-Pro that you could add?' Trade talks are intense this time of year, and they're having them." While there are going to be plenty of cornerbacks available for trade or in free agency, this report from Atkins seemingly points to one player: Chiefs All-Pro Trent McDuffie. With the Rams open to trading a first-rounder, almost any cornerback would be readily available. McDuffie likely would cost that much to acquire in a trade, as he's one of the better cornerbacks in the league. There's also a clear need in the secondary, and with Snead posing the question of whether there's an All-Pro worth adding, there might not be a better one than McDuffie. More : He was first-team All-Pro in 2023, his second year in the league. He started all 16 games, had seven pa ses defended, and while he had zero interceptions, quarterbacks had a 94.4 pa ser rating against him; he added three sacks, 60 tackles, and nine quarterback hits. McDuffie is a great cornerback and is more than just a simple cover corner. He can play the run and is capable of rushing the pa ser as well. For the Rams, he would be the perfect offseason pickup to bolster their cornerback room. He's entering the final year of his rookie contract, and while the Chiefs won't move off him for little, the Rams have multiple first-round picks they can use, and a trade would be very feasible for the Rams if they're willing to part with one of those picks. This report from Atkins points to McDuffie as a trade target. If the Chiefs are open for busine s, the Rams should be ready to pounce. More Rams news: Sean Elliott Jersey
